I don't think Public Mobile offers Pro-rating if you change your Plan mid cycle..
It seems to be only Tier 1 Providers that will offer a refund for unused days if you leave or change your Plan in the middle of your cycle.
Public Mobile doesn't offer any refunds if you change in the middle of your cycle, you'll lose any unused days and the money you spent on them.
I highly recommend the Schedule a Subscription Change on your renewal date, that way you get the most out of your current plan and will be guaranteed the one you selected when your bill renews.

If you switch plan Now, you have paid for the existing plus the new plan.
Best to switch on your next renewal date. If you ran out of service and data. You can purchase Add-on or use free WiFi in the meantime.

@mojorising Not worth even trying. This isn't a scenario where they're going to goodwill anything.
@Hopefairy2 No prorating here, and no live support. You can change your plan yourself online or in the app. When you change the plan you have the choice to change to immediately (no refund of any unused part of your current plan) or you can schedule it to change at your next renewal. The latter is a good option if you want to ensure you grab a plan while it's still available, but don't have it become effective right away.

@Hopefairy2 no, they won't be able to do partial refund.
If you start new plan now they charge you full price of the new plan. Unused days and data on old one will be forfeited , nonpartisan refund

You can certainly try at the link below, but the odds of them doing that are slim to none since PM is a prepaid service.
God luck.

There is no paying of the difference. Or what is also called pro-rating. You do a mid-cycle plan change and you pay for a whole new 30 day plan. Unless you're out of data and don't mind losing your old plan if it's no longer available to go back to, do the change plan for next renewal.
