@CS_Agentin our Community I started a subscription buy ordering a sim card but I just want to use a esim instead how do I do this? I already paid for subscription but can't finish activation???

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the pm app on your phone. Sign into your account and see if you can go to your cart. See if it gives you the option to choose or purchase the esim. If the only option is to purchase for $5 rather than free....take it as you can get customer support to credit the $5 back to your account. Don't port in rather activate with a temporary number.....you can port in later once you complete the activation and esim installation and can access your self serve account.

If you didn’t complete the subscription to a plan then you are OK but if you charged…don’t activate the SIM and you can keep the SIM for friends or family or sell it.
Just make another subscription on the PM app on the phone with eSIM compatibility.

I don't care about that I just can't get to a esim part I log in and takes me to the sim card number page and can't go back?

If you've already purchased a SIM card and your phone CAN use an eSIM, you can purchase one from the website instead. You'd be out the cost of the physical SIM card though.
