Subscription Not Activated

Hello, I tried to activate my plan and it says subscription not activated and to contact an agent for help. I attached a screenshot of my issue.

@Aibinh  First. Try rebooting the phone with SIM card in phone , if same 

send  a  private message   To CS_Agent

try reboot the phone and login to app again and see if you can complete the subscription
