Subscription Lapse

My payment due is april 11. I cannot deposit funds until april 24. 
Question is: If I use Reward points for Add-ons such as Data or Calling Plan, will my phone be suspended for Non-payment to the account?

if you have at least 20 Rewards Points, you can redeem them for $20 towards plan renewal cost...that way you only hafta make up the difference between the $20 Rewards and your regular plan renewal cost.

hi @Loons1 if you mean the plan you gave, you have 90 days from the first day I'd suspension before the account will be closed

@Loons1  No you wouldn’t lose those but remember the data  add on expire 30 days after purchase regardless but the mins  add ons will roll over untill all used up

hi @Loons1 no, that won't work.  Add-on , even from rewards redemption, will only work on an active account 

if you are ok without phone, you can keep it suspended untill you have money to resume.  it can be suspended for 90 days 

if you like and  if you have access to Wi-Fi , you can use VoIP app like TextNnow to make and receive calls using wifi when you have no mobile service

@Loons1  Redeeming rewards points for data and mins will not keep your account active the funds need to be in the account in your renewal day or have a credit card attached to your account for your renewal day . If not the account will be suspended on renewal day and you will just have to make payment when you have the funds to do so . Just remember that once the account is suspended you have to make payment with in 90 days or the account will be automatically closed
