Hi, I’m trying to set up a subscription with Public Mobile, and I already have a SIM card from being a previous customer. However, when I enter my SIM card number to start the subscription, I get an error message saying it’s already in use.
Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Thanks for the help; I really appreciate it 🙂 Can anyone please do me a favor and provide more guidance on registering a TM SIM? I’ve already read the "how to register a new TM SIM" guide, but I need more suggestion.

@reganpro, SIM cards can be transferred from one phone to another as long as it is still with the same provider and has been active all along (or never has been used/registered to an account before). If you have a previously used SIM card is no longer active you cannot reuse it even if you are going back to the same old company, you will need to get a new SIM card to register with your new account.

HI @reganpro
you need a brand new sim card to start a new activation (can't reuse sim card)
Buy a PM physical sim card form Telus or Koodo store or via Amazon:
Telus or Koodo store https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/pick-up-SIM
Amazon.ca https://www.amazon.ca/Public-prepaid-postpaid-Activate-Allinone/
Once you got the sim card, download PM app on the phone and start activation there
