@CS_Agent I have attempted to click multiple different links, multiple different times, in order to submit a ticket, and the link does not allow me to submit a ticket. My U.S. roaming service did not work and I would like to address it with a Public Mobile representative.

By any chance, @Laurabailey221 , did you manually connect to the T-mobile network when down there.
Also, did you 'force' your device down to 2G when trying to call/receive calls? The 3G network down there is decommissioned so devices need to be able to access 2g (or have VoLTE) when calling.
