Submit a complaint - Data roaming in USA

I want to submit a complaint regarding the add-on I purchased 3 weeks ago, for data roaming in the USA. The process for purchasing was flawless, but once in the USA, I was able to actually use only 50% of the data or less, as I kept losing the connection again and again. At some point I was driving and could not access my data for Google maps, and I lost a good 30 min of my trip. I don't know the reason, I checked all my iphone settings were OK as per the recommendations, but the data was inaccessible. 

I was around Ocean City, Virginia beach and Washington DC and I had the same issue in all 3 places. 

Now I want to submit a compliant but cannot find how. Suggestions?

For anyone else experiencing this issue know that Public, or any other provider, has very little control over connectivity abroad. I've found there are lots of patchy spots in the US in general.

 

One cool feature of Google maps is that you can download maps before you leave. This includes places/businesses/etc so directions will work offline. The only thing you miss out on then is traffic. I just completed a 5000km roadtrip to L.A. and back and maps worked great through lots of connectivity disruptions.

@rzanabria    PM is usually fair with roaming situation like that.  Depends on the situation, they  might offer some kind of compensation.  So, just open a ticket with them

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
