Hello, I tried to activate several times.
But it only gives me the message that it is not a valid SIM.
Would you be able to help with this?
I don't have an account and cannot activate, so I cannot verify my identity to submit the ticket.

@PeterR1 - if something happened the first time you tried, activation froze or an error occurred during the process, and you entered the credit card info. It is possible the SIM card is activated already.
Which could be why you are getting these errors now.
Insert the SIM into a phone and restart the phone, do you have any services?
If you did get charged, then can you sign into your Self Serve account here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/
OR, are you trying to use a SIM card that has been activated at one time before. Because you cannot do that, it must be an unused SIM card.

What is the first 6 digit of the SIM?
It will be 89122 30000 #########. If not, it is not a PM SIM.

Are you entering the whole 19 digits (the first 10 digits will be auto-filled)?
Where did you get the SIM card?
