Stuck on step 6 activation

So my payment went through, downloaded the app, logged in, went well until step 6, 

Subscription not activated

Something didn't go right while activating your subscription. Click below to contact a customer support agent. 

 

I tried to contact support, but eventually it and me to log in, which takes me to the browser, and it stops there, white screen after log in. Figured it was brave browser, tried Chrome, thought it worked, but now it's white screen such in browser. I think it should redirect back?

 

Kind of stuck here. I have dual sim, both the old Koodo sim in and new public sim. Can't do anything with either at this point.

Just to update, I managed to get a ticket completed. Was contacted and everything was resolved today, no problem. Very happy with the correspondence.

then the PM sim was not setup properly on the backend.

please submit another ticket with CS agent on this issue.  Let them know that it does not work with only the PM sim card there

since you want to still use the phone, use the Koodo sim for now.  

Try Pm sim again after PM agent replies you

When I put my Koodo sim back in without the public mobile, I can call and text again. 

Should I leave that in for now? Should I leave the public mobile sim in?

No, with only the public mobile sim in it's emergency calls only.

i fyou remove the Koodo sim and have noly Public sim, does it connect to Public Mobile netowrk?
