I am a mother who opened four separate accounts for her children. My automatic payment method changed and I am having difficulty reactivation two of the accounts.

The risk is somewhat greater with financial-related login credentials.
I wouldn't be placing those in an accessible/unprotected file format like notes on a device where they can be easily identified and used against the owner of the device.
Still, I understand the value in some kind of document storage for these login credentials - long gone are the days of having a few to remember.
And none of us are getting any younger...

I agree that there is a very slim risk by putting the email & password on the Notes app but the other option is putting it in the Password key.

unnecessary repetition

@Roan1 i guess at this point, best to submit ticket with PM for looking up the email you used and reset the password. I have posted the way to engage them in my post above

I have tried on both home pc and two different cells, one child had no problem. Two of the children are not even able to renew the password. When we follow all steps, we try to login after the change it says that the user name or password are wrong. I tried incognito as well and it isn't working.

I'm not sure I'd be placing usernames and passwords for apps and services on the mobile device itself from which those apps and services would be normally logging in from, @BKNS27
Don't get me wrong, I too don't have them all memorized, however there's just too much risk in placing them in the "Notes" section of the device, IMHO.

In the future, she should put the email address and password in each of the phone’s Notes app so she won’t forget.
For the other 2 accounts that she can’t access. She will need to contact a CS_Agent to help her access the 2 accounts.

What kind of issues do you have logging in to those 2 acounts?
Do NOT change password if you are confident you use correct one. IF you change it, wait 20-30 min before attempting to log i again.
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

There are other payment methods. You can buy vouchers in lots of stores or online. Then from the device itself dial 611 to enter it or from any other phone dial 1-855-4pu-blic to enter it. You can also use the real time payments method in some stores that goes straight into the account via the phone number. Don't let them inadvertently unknowingly sell you a voucher. (although that would work as mentioned). It costs a little extra to do that and buying vouchers online. Vouchers in store would be face value.

@Roan1 yes, each My Account would need one email address to login. So, 4 accounts would be 4 different email addresses
First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works
if not, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
