@Nocaps  They usually reply with in the hour sometimes longer but 

   After submitting ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box

thanks emailed support about getting credit but got no response

@Nocaps  Please note we are just customers like you here trying to help . It’s why we used worlds like most likely and usually . But you can also order from Amazon $4.99 there right now 

adding and there is no tracking for SIM cards in just regular snail mail and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive from PM

anyway you can track why sim card never came? It's bit out of way to pick up simcard

@Nocaps  Yes most likely . They offered me to to do same before . You can submit ticket with them to confirm if you haven’t already purchased it

Store usually will not waive the fee.  Pay the fee and keep the receipt and submit receipt for customer service agent.  The agent will usually credit your account back the SIM card feel. 

The store does not belong to Public mobile.

@Nocaps  Yes SIM card cost money at the store but submit ticket with support and give them the receipt and they will most likely credit your account for the cost if it 

send  a  private message   To CS_Agents
