@Dav3 Once you have created account and activated sim with a temp PM phone number . You then need to submit ticket with support to transfer the number for you

what issue you have?
you need to first activate with a new number first. after activation, you have to submit a ticket with CS agent and ask them to help to port from Koodo prepaid
