Is it a smartphone? For a smartphone, you'll want to immedaitely go into your Google or Apple account and consider remotely wiping the device so that nobody has access to the contents saved on the device. Was there some type of passcode/fingerprint security protocol enabled? After doing that, you'll want to log into your Public Mobile account as selfserve.publicmobile.ca. You will need to have the 2FA verification code sent to you by e-mail. In your Public Mobile Self Serve account, please go into the Profile area and use the Report Lost /Stolen Phone option.
