Please cancel my number it’s been stoke. Out of my account

my accoutn is empty

I need the number to be cancelled 

they took all the information  and started chats as well.  I dont' know how to protect myself except to cancel the number.

did you create a new account because the old one was stolen?  Usually you don't have to start another account, but you might want to ask support what to do

@Maria109  If you can log into your account you can just report the phone lost/stolen until you get new phone and sim to have same phone number and plan back again

if you can’t log into even with email option get support to do it for you , but if you want to just cancel the account best to ask support to remove credit card on file right away to ensure you won’t be charged again

Stolen phone or stolen number?

 you can login My Account, go to Payment, click Manage Subscription and then disable Subscribed to stop Autopay and cancel the service

but if you cannot login My Account, then ask support to help to remove the credit card.  You can submit by direct message:
