I unfortunately had my phone stolen this morning. Any recomendations about things I should be doing? Does PM have a way to have the phone blacklisted?

You will need to contact the mods to blacklist the phone. It will help if you have the IMEI number but I think they can also find it if you don't have it.

The Plan and Add-Ons menu was not working since yesterday evening and this morning
I just check and is working again.
Use Plan and Add-Ons --> Lost/Stolen Phone to report your stolen phone

@Alejandra, there is a link. In the self serve portal that takes you to a page where you can report your phone lost/stolen. It will suspend services on the SIM card. I am not sure if it also reports the phone as stolen. I does not deactivate / cancel your plan, so if you are not replacing the phone and have auto pay activated, you might want to deactivate it.
