Hello community,
I just started with Public Mobile on November 30th. I chose the $35 plan for both my wife and I. Despite being eligible for the extra free 5GB Black Friday special (and not changing my plan afterwards) I nor my wife have received the 5 gbs. Is there something I need to do to receive this?

A message will work almost as well! Keep an eye on your Private Messages as they will want more info from you before @CS_Agent can address your issue.

There is an error (404 whoops...) when I try and send a ticket...I have sent them a message though.
