Still charging me after canceled service

Hi

i I was still be charging every month after I canceled service from April /2024

yesterday, they were really busy with the voice trouble.  So, write them again today for update

They respond once message is available to them. They usually respond within 30 minutes  to an hour, but could be longer. I anticipate that they are quite busy as of yesterday.  Just keep checking your inbox after each 30 minutes.

I send messages but no body answer me, does  it take 24 hours to reply me every time ?
