I ported my number to Koodo 4 months ago but they are still taking my Public payment STILL out of my bank account but the number had been transferred to Koodo

@IlonaS, luckily since Koodo and Public Mobile are owned by Telus is should be a straight forward fix but when you are communicating with the agent you should ask them to remove your credit card from the Public Mobile system just in case
