Hello Public Mobile community,
When I just logged into the pm app I noticed a popup that discussed moving to the new rewards system but no "yes or no" options. Can you please let me know how opt out of this move and stay on the old rewards system? Sorry to bother you, I tried using the pm chat bot but it didn't understand my question.
Thanks!

Thanks everyone for your replies. I'll file a complaint with the CCTS.

There is no way to opt out, but with more CCTS complaints, there may be a small chance that PM will veto the decision but don't go to Public Points until they automatically transition it for you.
I would rather be on the Points system rather than no rewards system.
If you want to remove the points system and have no rewards system (Even the legacy rewards) contact CS_Agent below:

I know that the points can be removed from the account, but why? it doesn't gain anything. If someone doesn't want the points, they can be ignored and never reedeemed.

Don't try to opt out of points. While hTiideGnow is correct that the change is mandatory, opting out would mean no points either.
