Started new plan -- CANNOT log in to Self Serve

I activated the SIM card successfully, my credit card was charged, and I have service. However, I cannot log into Self Serve to view or change anything about my account.


I have:

- tried clearing cache on my browser

- tried using incognito mode

- tried using a different browser

Can anyone help?

Thank you both! What a strange setup process. I didn't realize after signing up I had to refill all the information they already had to create an account. Thanks guys!

@Fuxtapose  Try going to My Account and rather than logging in, click Create an account and create your self serve account. I had that problem, it registered my number and plan but didn't actually create my account.
