Yes I know it's provisioning and ticket opened its getting people to do the job

the SOS error usually is a sim provisioning error. You opened ticket with PM support already? Message them again
And was that an eSIM activation? if so, try to click Reset all Networks and see if it helps
If it is a physical sim activation, try to put the sim in another phone to test
