My son's phone was stolen and I cannot login to his account as it keeps sending a text to his phone. Who do I contact to put a hold on the account. I'll be getting another SIM, but don't want them to be able to use it if they do get into the phone for some reason.

You can click on “Didn’t get code”. You can choose to get a new code by email as one possible option.
