I used the FindMyPhone service to do a factory reset. Thank you.

@ross111

yes, Public Mobile can help to blacklist your phone, you can message them
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

Or you can try to use Samsung FindmyPhone service to find the phone and remotely wipe it
https://findmymobile.samsung.com/
               (how to use: https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-find-a-lost-android-phone)

Hey @ross111

This isn't something Public Mobile can do or be involved in. Best thing you can do is report this to the manufacturer and they will blacklist it. Best thing and really only thing that can be done.
