My phone number is still not linked to my eversafe ID ID

I was prompted to wait 48hr and My number would be visible and linked to my eversafe ID still not liked kindly help

Who or what prompted you to wait? There should be nothing special for you to do to have this completed on activation.

Did you try to update in Eversafe profile?

If you are not able to, open a ticket with PM to assist through the chatbot.

When activating, linking of your EverSafe account to your phone number is automatic and immediate.  If you performed a number change or activated first and then later decided to port a number in, the phone number needs to be manually edited within the EverSafe profile.
