Hello,

 

Someone already has my number that I just got from K-Mobile (dealer). I don't understand how to resolve this issue without talking to a customer rep.

 

Please help.

@Guspublic1 did you maybe reply to the wrong thread?  This one is 3 years dormant and I don't think your response really seems to go with the original problem anyway.

Hours for moderators have recently been extended to 7:30pm (Eastern Time) on Saturday and Sunday.  See Knowledge Base article Updated: Contacting our Community Moderators

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

In your message please include:

  • PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

  • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

How long until they reply?:

  • Office Hours: Mon-Friday 9am to 9pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 7:00pm [Toronto Time].
  • Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order they are received
  • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
  • There is no need to send multiple messages.

Someone already has my number for a long time. I recently purchased a pre SIM card and got my number activated. Now whenever someone calls me, the calls goes to that person. Can you help me please ??
