I ported my number successfully.Voice and data work, but SMS (send & receive) does not.

that is different from what you said earlier

if you cannot receive inbound calls, it is a stuck port

 PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call.

HI @RebeccLee 

try the easy way first.  Update Carrier Profile, then  Reboot phone and then Reset Network Settings

if same, go to Settings and remove phone number from the My Number menu.  Reboot the phone and the reenter the number on Setting's My Number to force iMessage Re-registration

Yes i can receive a call but cannot use any sms, i use iphone
