Sms add on

I recently purchased us sms add on but I still can't send messages of receive any.. I don't know how thst works..any tricks?

And he said it is working now.

@Chefchrissava   ok go in buy add on and purchase the text one you want and after that you'll see it in the add on section on your overview page.  Then restart your phone and it should work!

Log in to My Account / Buy Add-on...make your selection. Restart phone.

You just add $8 to your account, now you have to add SMS US add-on.

It’s a tow step process:

1- Add money to your account.

2- Add an add-on to your account.

Yes im in the states, I bought the 8$ us sms add on, when i log in it shows balance of 8$...

@Chefchrissava  so you're in the states now?   Can you log in to your account to see if it shows the US text roaming in your add ons?

That add-on only works while roaming in the states.

There is no texting add-on for while in Canada.

Sounds like you have a different problem.

What make/model/submodel are you using?

What about calls in/out? Internet browsing?
