I have created an accont and I can not log in. You should have a phone line for custumer service.

Is your new SIM (phone) working?
Community account is different than “Self-Serve” account. You need to activate (or have an active line) with Public Mobile to create a “Self-Serve” account.

Try clearing cache or different browser or incognito/privacy mode.
