Slow speed in canada with my 5G canada USA plan

I’ve done a speed test and only get under 5 mbps download speed do you think this is right?

Do you have a VPN on? That can kill speed.

what phone do you have?  Try Reset All networks and test again

if still slow, check your network mode.  It is usually set as Automatic.  Try to manually change to 5G and 4G or LTE, try the different mode (just not the 3G) and test the speed again

Nope. If you're in the US now, we rarely get 5G speeds out there. If you're in Canada, it should be MUCH higher. I'd suggest going into your network settings, turn off automatic and pick Public Mobile. Then reboot. Then try another test. If it's still slow, I'd click on the bubble in the bottom right corner and create a help ticket to figure out why it's so slow.
