I've recently changed from a 4g to a 5g plan for myself and my kids, but I'm only getting 2-10 mbps download speeds in good service areas. How do I fix this? Some of our phones are not 5g compliant, regardless I would expect faster download speeds.

I don't even get an option for 5g on my phone, s20 fe, 5G capable. I almost feel as though my SIM programming is stuck in 3G speed

try this...in you phone settings..select LTE, not 5G. Let us know if this helps.
