Need help for over payment

Because my credit card was expired, my payment was not processed. Last night when I updated my credit card and paid the bill, I found it charged me twice. Can Any customer service help me? Thank you

@Ping520  They usually reply with in the hour sometimes longer hopefully today being new years they don’t close early typical hours are 9am-10pm EST but 

After submitting ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box
