Slow data on bell tower

At home st hyacinthe no issue

hi @leblanda PM and Telus use the same Bell towers there and should not have much difference 

is it possible for you to test your PM sim card on your brother's phone?

also, make sure your Moto phone has the latest OS and try Reset Network Settings

Yes that is Quebec. 

My brother is with bell and he got around 15-20 Mbps and I only have 1 - 2 mbps

Interesting. St. Hyacinthe is actually a Telus market, whereas St. Alexis is a Bell market. Is it only a specific tower in St Alexis or a specific time of day?

what phone do you have?  did you try 4G or 5G and see if any difference?

Bell tower or not would not make much a difference.  PM mainly uses Bell towers in QC

@leblanda , what exactly is your question?  Generally east of Manitoba Telus uses Bell towers.
