Hello!
I recently switched to Public and the 5G speeds are concerning. They are so slow compared to what I got from Rogers (same number of bars). Anyone know what is going on??

Rogers uses a different network. Perhaps the Rogers signal is stronger at that location, bars are only part of the story. The time of day and network congestion can also affect results.

I have an iPhone 13 Max. I am using an eSIM
I completed a Network Settings Reset and now things are worse somehow. Additionally, I have tested in multiple places in my house and in 3 different parts of my city.

what model of phone do you have?
Try to click "Reset All Networks" or "Reset Network settings" on your phone
And try the speed test in different area
If it is physical sim, try it on different phones
And also, try to change the network mode to 4G or LTE and test as well
Let us know if you see any improvement
