What is happening with the site? Today I couldn’t get my US roaming add on to go through today and now the login for the account site won’t work. Infuriating as I am stuck without access to phone, data, etc while in US!

it is not showing you got the addon, could be because of cache. Check again using Incognito/private/secrete mode on your browser
and check payment history to see if PM charged you for that

Finally able to login this morning but add on still not working. I add to cart, pay, it says it is complete but then nothing shows up in my account and can’t connect

Unfortunately, Public Mobile does routinely take down the Self Serve device for maintenance, often without warning during many nights. Unfortunatley, you'll need to wait for the Self Serve site to be working again to log in.
