Simcard

Hi,
I purchased a plan for $30 along with a SIM card for $10. It said delivery would take two days, but I haven’t received anything yet. Can you please provide an update?

As Canada Post employees have taken labor action, there will be an additional delay if Public Mobile has in fact sent the SIM card by Canada Post.

It is a common misconception from the website.  The item will be shipped within 2 business days.  It should arrive within 10 business days.

If more than 10 business days, then contact customer service agent. No point to contact them earlier. Unfortunately, there is no tracking number and the shipping is usually done via Canada post.

hi @NotYetreceived

the 2 days is how fast they will ship out the sim card, not how fast you will receive it

when you placed the order?  Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here

But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can  submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
