I'm trying to download an Esim in the Public Mobile App by following the instructions and going to Purchase A Sim Card, but there's no Esim option when i go there. When I try to purchase an esim on the browser, it tells me to go to the app.
Basically something's wrong with my physical sim tray input on my phone, and I'm trying to switch my account to an esim.
Any advice on how to do this?

If there are no eSIM option when you click on Purchase SIM Card then contact a CS_Agent for help.

There is no option for eSIM. My phone is 17 pro max

What is the make and model of your phone? Probably doesn’t matter but it might not be eSIM compatible. Dunno.

I only see the Sim Card ($10) option

Thanks for your response. When I go to Purchase sim card, there is no esim option. Only the $10 physical sim option.
Maybe cuz my phone isn't recognizing my sim card right now and it's only on wifi? I dunno!

I didn’t have any issues. I clicked on Account tab>Purchase SIM Card>option of SIM or eSIM.

On the app, go to Account page and click Purchase sim card, then the esim would be an option there
