I have purchased my plan
and it says my phone isn’t compatible with the free eSIM the phone is an Apple 13 pro
Where Can I ask for a refund of my 40$? If we can’t get this to work.

There wasn’t a QR code in the email. (My spouses phone I’m trying to set up for him)
hopefully we can get this goin! I did mine ok

@Darcarr The iPhone is eSIM compatible this is an error .chemo your welcome email for the QR code and install . Check you sim manager in phone settings and select the PM sim if you still have issues submit ticket with support

Apple 13 is fully compatible with eSIM, you can download the PM app and continue with the activation.
If it really not moving forward because it thinks your phone is not compatible, please check with CS agent to confirm
