What is the error message you are getting? Is it as you are trying to activate? Or have you activated and you inserted the sim in your phone and nothing is happening? Was it working before and it stopped working? Have you tested the sim card in another phone? Or tested a different sim card in your phone? Was it a brand new SIM card that you purchased or did it come from a different source?

What phone are you using with the PM SIM?
Did you port your old number from another carrier?
Try rebooting your phone by powering off then wait a few minutes then power the phone back on.

1. power off your device
2. take out the SIM card,
3. wipe it clean SIM card,
4. put it back and power on,
5. toggling airplane mode off/on

Has this SIM ever work and just stopped working?
Are you newly activated? or you have been here long time?
Did you try the SIM on another phone? What error you see on the screen?
