I had my purse stolen and it took awhile to get my new credit card d/t the mail forward mixup from my move across province. Point is I wasn't able to update my Public Mobile account with my new credit card details and now that I can login (I was having issues there as well), when I enter my PubMob Sim card serial number it says it's invalid. Why is this? And how may I rectify it as I'm quite attached to the number and I'm confused as to why my account details/plan is not accessible.

has it been more than 90 days suspended ? If so, you need a new sim to start a new account again.
