Sim doesn't work after changing sim & unsuspending my service

Hi all,

 

I'm not sure why but my data doesn't work after changing sim card (after losing my old phone) and unsuspending/resuming my service. Could any mod or anyone direct me to a mod that could help? (or is it that my Oneplus 3T somehow doesn't work on Public Mobile?!) Thanks!

It now works after I restart my device again... Thanks everyone for your suggestion (I should have done it this a few hours ago...)

I sent a message to Shazia_K already. Thanks for the suggestion. Let's see if she could help. (My phone seems to work fine for normal call service.)

@hobbiebluejays  also you mentioned does your phone work on PM, you can always check this site.

Good for confiirming if phones work or not.  Also make sure its unlocked :D!

@hobbiebluejays, 1 further suggestion to add, and I'm certain it isn't the problem because you mentioned nothing about it, *if* you repicked your plan, did you include the all the same options?  I can't remember which one it is, but omitting one of the options is exactly the same as price of all options with the 3 choice discount.

 

Again, I'm pretty sure this isn't the case, but it's something to verify.

Just to make sure: have you checked your APN settings, and followed the details in this post to setup a data connection?

@hobbiebluejays  To contact a moderator you need to send them a private message, or tag them in a post like this @Shazia_K.  Provide them with your account details and information and they can help out.

 

Yoiu should confirm the phone is unlocked, just in case.  Also you can use this site to see if your phone works iwth PM.
