Sim didn't arrive

@CS_Agent I bought a Sim and it was charged but never arrived. I have the charges in my credit card but not even an email with confirmation. I need the Sim

It was ordered in June 2nd. So It should be here by now...

HI @Nadi84   if you need it fast, buy it from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klinik if they are around you , or buy from Amazon.

Yes, you have one already ordered.  Submit a ticket with agent and ask them to cover the cost for the second one that you need to buy now.  When I had my order missing, they offered me that as a choice

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect

@Nadi84 , how long ago did you order the SIM card? It can take up to 3 weeks to receive it! It took over 3 weeks to receive mine from Public Mobile delivered through Canada Post.

When did you order the SIM card?  Officially, it takes up to 10 business days to get a SIM card.  However, recently several customers are waiting 3-4 weeks for SIM card.  

If you really need SIm card now, you can visit a corporate Koodo or Telus store and purchase. I would suggest phoning ahead to make sure the store has in stock.  Amazon also sells with prime delivery.
