Due to some technical issues, I have been charged twice for my current plan. Please help me get a refund for duplicate transaction.

I tried but I am always getting an error message on the link for ticket (even after refreshing as per the AI’s instructions)

"technical issues"...were those self-inflicted ?

You could ask the CSA to look at your account and if you did pay X 2, perhaps they could credit your account.
