Anyone else having issues getting public mobile to activate thier SIM cards?

Sim card activation is done by you... the customer. What issues are you having? You need to provide details if you want help from customers here in the community.

@John1947 at which point you got problem? were you using the app? did you request porting?
or you activated and the sim card not connect to the network? can you at least make calls?
give us more info.

It should be straightforward on the PM app but the website/app is currently down for maintenance so try again tomorrow morning.
Click on Subscription then follow the prompts when it is back online.
