@CS_Agent , I can't log in to my account, I keep getting an error code or it tells me to finish registration and the next page is an error. I need to update my payment information or I will not have service soon. I can't log in to anything but public mobile is still taking money out of my account and I have service so I don't understand. Also because I can't log in to anything I am also unable to submit a ticket for help.

@Darcy3 it does sound like an issue with registration during the EverSafe setup earlier. Please open a ticket for support to further investigate
if you need to pay quick, consider getting a voucher from SDM/711/shell/London Drug and load the voucher using *611

I think I did get through that stage. Now when I try to log in to my account the eversafe sends a text with a number to my phone to confirm my identity. After confirming the number the next page says "lets complete your activation" and whether I hit "resume activation" or "go to log in page" I can't get past that point. It just sends me to error pages or this page is not available. So I can not update my payment information. Should I private message an agent? I can't submit a ticket because I can not log in.

@Darcy3 did you get to the stage to link your current phone number with your EverSafe ID (the email you are using to login now)? You got the sms on your phone yet?
There has been some issues with the account setup or linking issue with EverSafe ID. if you still cannot get through the setup/registration, please open ticket with support. Private message CS agent at
