I ordered a sim from public mobile and it is coming up as invalid

I found that activating a sim card always worked best with chrome. I first used Opera and and issues. Used chrome and it went though

Happened to me before, I just tried using another browser and it went though.

Yes and clear your browser and go into secret/incognito mode.

Try again in 1 hour. If you tried to set up but clicked back, it takes that time to reset.

@asprouleJust to double check the SIM card serial number is the 19 digit underneath the left hand side bar code starting with 89122?
You ordered the sim...recieved it and now it's invalid. Is that correct ?
