Yes public mobile sells SIM cards but you be best to to get from Amazon $4.99 or pick up from Telus / Koodo store . From PM it can take up to 3 weeks to arrive

faster to buy a new one in person from Telus or Koodo store or buy from Amazon.ca

@AmirSourour Then try a new SIM card and sim swap the number in your account profile page like this

This can also be done on the app aswell , if you have any issues ask support to sim swap it for you

Its the sim card.
After cleaning, it works for couple of weeks.

@AmirSourour Can you test your SIM card in another phone to test it and see if same thing happens . Maybe try somone else SIM card in your phone see what happens . SIM cards are usually free from issues you could also try lightly cleaning the contacts on the SIM card . But can’t hurt to try and change to new SIM card only $4.99 on Amazon
