Hello, would there be anyways possible to change the Email for the Self-Serve account ?

first method in fact is a GOOD method.  I have no trouble with that at all (as long as Chatbot is not broken, which it is not)

 

when you are at Chatbot , follow this:

  1. type: Change username
  2. Click " Forgot Self-Serve Email"
  3. Click "Contact Us"
  4. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  5. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

@0PX9O4  - seems to be working fine for me today. It may not be for everyone, but that is why there are two options. 🙂

The first method in the post above is problematic and best avoided in my opinion. I would encourage everyone to just send in a manual private message with all their account info included, whenever they need human customer support.

Contact Customer Support Agent

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

 

Just make sure you also change the email address for your community account which you can do under the "my settings" selection by tapping on your community avatar.

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agentand Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

only them will change for you,

  • please include in your message,
  • phone number,
  • Email address,

  • During business hours, we strive to answer customer messages swiftly. You will often get an answer within an hour. During peak periods, you may need to wait up to 48 hours.Customer Support Agents are available:
    • Monday to Sunday: 6 AM to 10 PM EST
    • Note: Public Mobile No Support by phone call or Email.. only by CS_Agentprivate message..

    Check your private message inbox (click on the envelope top right of your screen)

Yes you will have to send a private message to CS Agent with your account details. They'll get it done within a couple business hours.
