I doubt PM monitors SIM swap. It is legitimate action for customer to do when he/she replaces its own SIM so how is PM to know who is doing the swap.

Hi,
If a fraudster attempts to do a swap, will Public Mobile notify me to see if it was me trying to make changes. Thanks

PM introduced 2FA text to access self service account as a way to protect against SIM swaps. Before this measure, higher risk for this fraud.

Having a strong password (unique) to your account is best measure to protect access to your self service account.
