You need to change the SIM card number in your self service account. As mentioned, you do not want to activate a new SIM card with new account.

Please delete the picture from your Community account profile containing the person's information. I have removed it from your message posting, but I cannot remove it from your Community account.

@dtekle you don’t want to activate the sim . Just sim swap the number . If you can log into your account, profile page you can sim swap the number yourself to keep old plan and phone number . If you can’t log in ask support to sim swap the number for you
