Sim card purchase not recived after 40 days

  • Public mobile online customer service is one of the ..... even if the company make misteke the customer survice represntative can not solve the problem. Simply the 10 years customer lost his phone and want replace sim it can not activet the sim card.

You need to change the SIM card number in your self service account.  As mentioned, you do not want to activate a new SIM card with new account.

@dtekle you don’t want to activate the sim . Just sim swap the number .  If you can log into your account,  profile page you can sim swap the number yourself to keep old plan and phone number . If you can’t log in ask support to sim swap the number for you
