Hi, I recently changed to a 75gb plan, and I am no longer able to make or receive calls. As far as I can tell it should be included in the plan.

If rebooting the phone does not help, maybe try a network reset of phone. Note: this will erase any saved Wifi settings.

There are times when some aspects of the service don't work after a plan change until after the device has been restarted, although that's usually for data. Have you tried rebooting your phone?
